If you have forgotten your PlanitJewish password click on "Forgot password?"
beneath the login box on the homepage. Enter your email address, click "Submit",
and your password and username will be sent to the email address in your profile.
If you would like to change your password, click on the Account Info
section of your PlanitJewish account and enter your new password into the "Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes.
The change will commence
the next time you log onto PlanitJewish.
Why doesn't my password work?
You may be getting an error message because passwords are case sensitive. Keep
an eye on your Caps Lock key.
How much does membership cost?
Individual membership on PlanitJewish is free. Registered members are responsible
only for the tickets they purchase through the site.

What does "Remember me" mean?
When you sign in using your PlanitJewish username and password, your browser can "remember" this
information. If you choose to check the box, you won't have to sign in each time you come back to PlanitJewish using this
computer.If you share this computer with others you may not want to check the "remember me" box. Be sure
to close your browser or click "logout" when you leave your computer. This will ensure that PlanitJewish asks
for a username and password the next time you access PlanitJewish.
What forms of payment do organizations accept?
Organizations accept purchase of tickets using MasterCard or Visa. Personal
checks, cash, and money orders are not accepted through PlanitJewish
When does the organization charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is processed by the organization
holding the event. The event sponsor is responsible for all ticket purchases.

What if I don't want to place an order over the Internet?
Although we encourage PlanitJewish users to place their order using our secure
system, you can place a ticket order by calling the sponsoring organization.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information?
Yes, because PlanitJewish possesses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, our
users have the ability to communicate securely when using PlanitJewish. SSL
enables us to securely accept credit card orders, encrypt sensitive personal
information, and ensure that credit card numbers remain protected.
How does PlanitJewish use my personal information?
PlanitJewish takes privacy very seriously. It is not the policy of PlanitJewish
to sell or rent user information to anyone. If you have purchased a ticket through
PlanitJewish, your registration and contact information will be provided to
the event's sponsor, so that the organization may process your RSVP and contact
you in case of event cancellations or program changes. Additionally, the personal
information you provided allows PlanitJewish to send you customized emails
based on your interests indicated on your account information page. The PlanitJewish
Volunteer Match also utilizes your profile to determine the organizations and

How can I close my PlanitJewish account?
If you want to close your PlanitJewish account, please send your account information,
including your full name, email address, and PlanitJewish username and password,
to your PlanitJewish administrator. Click here
to contact your administrator. We will process your account cancellation and
e-mail you with a confirmation of the cancellation.
